Remember the police virus? Well, now there is another one that is very similar, the SGAE virus, which blocks your computer until you make the payment they ask for.
In this case, the bait they use is that you have illegally downloaded music and when you open it is when the threat appears with your computer blocked.
In order to get rid of the SGAE virus, you have to do the same process as with the police virus.
